This section is specifically tailored for Super Admins. This part of  the system enhances functionality and improve the management of user roles and subscribed journals. Super Admins have greater control and flexibility in administering the platform, ensuring that organizational permissions and journal records are effectively managed.

1. Super Admins Can Assign Organization Admins

With this new feature, Super Admins have the ability to assign Organization Admins. This functionality simplifies the management of permissions at the organization level, allowing for a more streamlined approach to overseeing user roles and responsibilities within the system.

2. Excel Upload for Subscribed Journals and Other resources

The system allows users (admins) to upload Excel files for subscribed journals and other resources. This feature facilitates easier bulk uploads and management of the records.

Features:

  • Preview Uploaded Records: Users can preview the records they upload to ensure accuracy before final submission.
  • Detect Missing Metadata: The system automatically checks for missing metadata, ensuring that all necessary information is provided for each journal entry.
  • Formatting Issues and Duplicates Detection: The upload functionality identifies any formatting problems and flags duplicate entries, which helps maintain the integrity of the journal database.
  • Download Error Reports for Corrections: Users can download error reports that detail any issues found during the upload process. This allows for quick identification and correction of errors, ensuring that all records meet the required standards.
